...alone in dis world, had my back against da wind
my life was a stiff peice of metal, and it wouldnt bend
no one did shit fo' me, so yo i didnt do shit fo' them
took matters inta my own hands, startin my own life
i took a sin against the lord, used Jesus 2 make it right
but i just couldnt handle it.....i would sit and cry at night
i just needed a fatha figure to show me right from wrong
been through wat most men wont see, but didnt take da bong
but all i had was my pen and my faith,at my desk rightin dis song
spilled my guts 2 everyone told them bout my hardships
alone in my room goin crazy, loadin these empty clips
seen da hate of this world but neva been on a fuckin trip
i kept my hatred all inside me.......i kept in so much anger
like i was headed 2 the safty zone, but i was headed for danger
im like da kid, who was quiet, but was a fighter deep inside
and if i fail this empty life, but at the pearly gates i'll say i tried
and i'll tell God that i was a soldier thorugh life........but i did i cry?

yeah....depressing I agree, but lyrically it was going somewhere.
but there seem to be many incomplete thoughts that if were manifested, this rhyme would become something else.

damn dude, this piece is so deep
it looks into your inner life, and the hook makes me think of religion, so it's like a crazy rhyme prayer...anyway.
not much along the lines of wordplay, just the metal line, which I liked, and multis were lacking, but this piece was still dope because of the content. Nice work
