someone tell me how this votin works
 

i vote for people but it won't go on the poll. like if i submit my vote and try to vote on the poll it'll say i didn't say an explanation when i already had it

i don't think i can vote yet . or can I? how do i make it so my votes count.i mean sure i don't have alot of posts yet... but i also have usually good input on things. im kinda new to this whole computer world. do we need 100 posts to vote?
