Emotional Depression

Seperation Anxiety fading with the gap between our lost lives
I once knew you like i knew myself, but lost you because of stupid emotions
Love tears things apart, and leaves them unmended until we can fix them
But you don't want to, and i don't blame you
With a social distortion as myself, why would you want back in
Why have just a problem on your chalkboard during your recess periods
Why even care about a drowning man that you won't hear out
Questions won't lead anywhere, there is no more trail to walk down
Anxious to lose this feeling, But wanting to keep it longer
I was left in the middle of nowhere with one choice, and that question you gave me
Left me speechless, confused, wanting to find a way back
But no matter what i told you, it wouldn't end
You brought it up anyway, and thats what destroyed civilization
No hatred was brought into this, no vile experiments
Just a soaken blade, and a happy face
A lost life, and a slipping fate
Concious unbearing, Falling from my grave to my happiness

I liked this. It came off to me like thoughts of yours that you wrote down as you were thinking them. Did it you write this pretty quick?

"Love tears things apart, and leaves them unmended until we can fix them"

I wasn't feeling that line. Of course I haven't been through what you have, but I think the people tear things apart and loves fixes them. That line made me like the poem better cause you were saying how you feel. I dunno if that makes any sense..

"Questions won't lead anywhere, there is no more trail to walk down

I was left in the middle of nowhere with one choice, and that question you gave me

I liked that part cause you really made it clear you were confused. Wondering about things. You were anxious to lose that feeling but wanted to keep it longer. Good imagery in this part.

"No hatred was brought into this, no vile experiments
Just a soaken blade, and a happy face
A lost life, and a slipping fate
Concious unbearing, Falling from my grave to my happiness"

I never like reading about people dying but that's just me. You wrote it well, though. This was a good post. Keep them coming ;)
