I called this Soft because it shows a softer side. I know we all been there so tell me what yall think. Just tryin’ elevate, feel me?

Foot prints in my heart would eventually scar/ Don’t tell me broken promises, just catch if I fall/ Love gambles like the roll of the dice ~think twice before you trade it all/ I don’t know what for ~but let me show you the door/ No time for playin’ games, I was already yours/ And of course, I gotta ask ~do you feel remorse?/ I moved on and pass ~stepped on the gas n mash/ Respect and honesty, was the only ~ever task I’d ask/ Why’d you do me like that ~left me stabbed in the back/ Betrayed by the love that used fuel the past/ Feels like my life’s on pause ~too many tears done shed/ Too many night’s I’ve been lost ~ too many thoughts in my head/ Please explain why the sudden, change in the lanes/ Sudden, pain in my vein got be growin’ ~close to insane/ And loves blind, it’s fine ~you don’t want to be mine/ The good times and bad.. times let’s just put that all behind/


I thank them powers upstairs for the love from my peers
Never in a Million years, did I fear we’d end up like this

Now it’s over, many sleepless nights I spend without you on my shoulders
Life’s colder, situations got me in ah rush ta grow older

Tried closin’ da folder, but it’s hard when each page is weighted like bolders
Another month has rolled over, this strive in love life is totally bogus

And after all this, I sit back, reminise of our first kiss
Yeah I was pissed, but this whole dish is bigger than all this

We all make mistakes, and I admit I ain’t perfect
Here’s the icing on the cake, “I’m committed to makin’ it worth it”

No plans to abort it, not ready ta forfeit
Try not to miss you but I just couldn’t force it

I know you feel the same, we both livin’ in pain
I’ll endeavor the weather just for da chance to hold you again

It’s plain and simple who keeps joggin’ my brain
I’m strained in the mental, tryin stay straight in da lane
