what happens if my apponent gets banned?
 

im in a battle with gauge 88 but he just got banned for cheating it turns out he had like 3 diff. names with wich he voted for him self with..anyway he got banned so my battle is still waiting to be polled.....im winning 3-0 but i need people to check it out so it closes.......would i still get the win, even though he's gone?
