Life is poetry
An epic poem in all aspects
From nature's beauty, to man's ignorance
We as a race live poetry with every passing moment

The human body
Beautiful in its synchronized yet ever-changing chemistry
Internally dependent on its formatted systems
Externally expressed through flowing movements
Is this not poetry?

Your love’s eyes
Deep and mysterious yet full with unmistakable beauty
Not to be stared into, but rather to be read
The deepest and most complex thoughts so easily seen
Is this not poetry?

The night sky
Vast with infinite possibilities expanding beyond belief
Each individual star unique in it’s own behavior
Source of serenity and peace while holding such strong emotion
Is this not poetry?

Conflict and War
Based upon peoples with differing views and beliefs
Supported by those whose lives are devoted to a cause
Fought by those who don’t quite know why they are here
Is this not poetry?

Couldnt have explained it better...Figured i'd let you know its a good peice....2 bad no ones replying to it....Like how you explained poetry in a way people wouldnt think of it as...Keep writing

I totally dig this. Echoes many of my feelings on what you said.

Explored and explained in a relatively simple way. Which is a hard thing to do with such a 'topic' (gah! Can't call it a topic, can i?!)..

it was a good peice had sum meaning i belive i understand wat your sayin but itt was a creative peace i give ya credit like that one kid said to bad noone replyin casuse its a good peace return the favor on my poem

B-E-A-utiful. to me, you've captured in one poem, what would take volumes upon volumes of text to describe. For some reason, it reminded me alot of William Blake's "Songs of Innocence" and "Songs of Experience." I don't know why, keep up the excellent work.
