havin a pic but wantin to edit it
 

I have a picture but i want to edit it so i can write stuff on it... anyone know how to do it??????????

Simply Put...Paint LoL
But if you want it to look professionall Photoshop

Go into paint [On your start menu on your computer]

When in there...click open and select the name of the picture you wish to edit................................

Yea Photoshop is professional, or Paint Shop Pro, my Recommandation si to download it, Both Cost Like $900...

uh but then i want to be able to make it an image like in my signature how would I do that

like put an image in my sig, without a webadress, how would i get an URL

im not sure..i want to do that too
