You should look into this and give him one more chance, and if he messes up or does ne thing stupid then you ban him on the site. Didn't he say he didn't know what the thing was he got banned for. He was probly telling the truth, I mean that look's pretty obvious to me and to ne one else. so in conclusion give this guy one more chance.
