Yo my battle poll isn't showing

I just set up a battle and the poll is not showing at the top of the screen on Frontlines.

Its At The Bottom In Red...Wen Making A New Thread Put The Title Then Just Before You Put Submit Thread...Click The Start A Battle...Then The Rest Is Self Explainitory...Also Wen It Says How Long You Want The Poll To Be Open For...Leave It On 0 Otherwise It Wont Work Properly...
