My Angel (for Brian [Eye~M~Ill] )
 

When I have no one to turn to
And I’m feeling kinda’ low
When there’s no one to talk to
And nowhere I can go

I search deep within myself
Its this feeling in my heart
That lets me know my Angel is hear
Even though we’re miles apart

It may seem that I’m alone
But I’m never by myself at all
Whenever I need my Angel near
All I have to do is call

An Angel’s love is always true
On that you can depend
They will always stand by you
And will always be your friend

Then a smile appears upon my face
And the sun begins to shine
I hear a voice, so soft and sweet
Saying ‘Everything will be just fine’

Yeah, ‘cas your my Angel
I couldn’t go on without you
You mean everything to me
You always help pull me through

And through the darkest hours
And through the brightest days
My Angel will see me through
You will always be my Angel
Perhaps… I am one for you

Very nice, man (er, woman..)..

I liked how you executed it with such a 'sweet' and 'cute' simplicity. But the simplicity was used to construct it into a very well written piece of poetry. Not too blunt, you at times went into a slight depth using good imagery.

Very nice piece. And ended fairly well.

hmmm...very nice and simplistic piece that actually came straight from the heart...

The love connection that u prolly both have is magnetic that it directly attracts ur inner emotions to his uncredible feelings.

The terms u used mostly were enough to express the deep meaning that you want your special someone to understand. props for that.

When i read this...i remember the first ever poem i wrote when i was 9...its kinda funny...ill try to find it and post it on here so u can see...hehe

Ahhhh a very warm and fuzzy feeling came over me as I read, I don't get that type of feeling too often, so I must thank you. Very sweet Morbid, that Brain is a very lucky man, ...stay real.

im afraid not...its a sub forum here on Poetic Scripts...every 2 - 3 weeks there's a picture up and just for looking at that picture..you would use ur imagination to create a piece...its fun! ;)

anyways, assuming you wrote this all by yourself!:

the simplicity was nice, but a trifle overdone, in that it got repetitious. the general idea was nice, it's always cool to see people showing love to each other. the ending was pure cheese, but in a better way than soap opera cheese.
