The RIAA iz now issuin subpoenas to over 800 people for file-sharin. That meanz that now the Internet companiez (AOL, Road Runner, Juno, etc) have to surrender the ISPz of people who are suspected of file-sharin. More detailed shit: http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/14...?headlines=true

and i doubt thats considered 'invasion of privacy' if they get you IP's from ISP's. you can share files and music, then ISP's are allowed to share your info - unless its a privacy policy... and ISP's will just use the clause, 'going with the law'.


anyways this is how i see this - buy a CD burner really soon if you dont have one allready, download as much shit as you can, and get ready to start a BURNING BIZZ after the RIAA comes after you. that way you may be able to cash in :)

otherwise i think this is all bullshit and just cant happen, if the RIAA is going to sue over 100 million people, well there just isnt enough time for that, heh.

Actually...all you have to do iz keep a GOOD watch-out...and delete the music when they arrive at your house...and Kazaa or whateva you use...

lol, that is very wrong, in a 20 minute or less check of your hard drive with the proper equpiment, they can find every single file you've ever downloaded or installed, so deleting it won't help, unless you have a large/expensive wahser that deletes them and re-encypts them, they can always find them with the proper equipment, it's pointless... just tell them to commence to sucking your nuts and go about your day

I would imagine they would release a statement like this to spook certain uneducated users. . It could be effective, but not on a large-scale, especially if the majority of the users are well-informed (that's us! :)). .
