Feeling's of Hate
 

Once again I respectfully submit this piece, it was written three day's post 9/11. The feeling of hate I reference, is simply the hate of the 'feeling' the attacks caused me. It's true I had hate for our agressor's, this I don't deny, but that is not what I meant in the tittle. It's the lothing I had for the way I felt after the attacks. We as americans lost our innosense and our blanket of security, that we have grown to take for granted. Our children were forced to grow up that day, which is something I was angered by. I have a daughter and to watch, the horror of real life greet her at such a young age, is something no father should have to witness, even more so at the age of 4.

Feeling's of Hate


I never imagined a hate so immense
My desire for retaliation is so intense

Those responsible must now feel content
Their twisted minds believe it was GOD sent

Never would I serve a GOD of such injustice
My prayers are with those “called” to bring Bin Laden to justice

Our children have been stripped of their innocence
To them such coward ness could never make sense

As Americans we must make a stand
Freedom and humanity go hand in hand

We as a people do not embrace war
To protect our children’s freedom we will fight until you are no more

You made a statement on that grim day
Just what exactly were you trying to say

Our children still go out and play
Tomorrow will still bring another day

You have angered a great nation
When back home your people still face starvation

The dollars allocated to finance your damnation
Would have been better used helping your people’s situation

The disease famine and pestilence
Tearing your people apart just doesn’t make sense

Instead of pouring money into terrorist camps
Invest in the future of your people perhaps

Your hostility towards the West
Is it because, for our people we only want the best?

I refuse to succumb to your threat
That day will live in infamy, and you will soon come to regret

The day you proclaimed war on our nation
It was an invitation to bring you total annihilation

My words are harsh and full of hate
So now maybe you can glimpse your fate

Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban can only sit back and wait
As the Powers that be orchestrate your fate

Maybe then you will acknowledge your terrible mistake…

VOCAB was jus damn thas all damn it made the whole piece fit as a whole
