why do older people not like rap music. i mean its only people who are young these days that like it. older people will like it when we are old. the older people dont understand and think its bad cause they swear. fuck the advisory.

But my grandparents hate rap, cause they grew up in their time where swearing was thw wrong thing to do...
Now they heear uit so much in songs htye think its wrong...

But i guess they still like their music from bak in their time, like we'll be kikin back in 40 years liscenin to eminem snoop and tupac....

All I fucking hear is "Ima murder you" or "Im so ill"....that bullshit is stupid....and all the rap-album-classics were released around 10 yrs ago........

times have changed and so has ways of life... you grow up in a certain time period you're accustom what was going on then, music, culture, blah...

Elderly people don't like our music, for the same reasons we don't like the beatles, louis armstrong, sinatra and the brat pack. it doesn't appeal to us and or time frame.

old people only like songs that can put them to sleep while their pissin in their depends unknowingly...

They grew up listenin to Crap like Bucks Fizz, they aint ready to drastically change their music style, a change to rap music wold give the old fuckers a heart attack

My grandmother hates my moms music and mom mom hates my music, i already hate some new shit but thats the cylce, of course there are gonan be people that have parents that listen to their music like my friends but the fact is out parents are from a different generation and they like music from their generation as with us

THank you someone who realizes new rap is mostly garbage. personally i only listen Talib, Mos Def, Common, among some others: they have something to say when they rap they have a message other than Ima kill you or Ima rule the world.

Call it stupid how i think but its the way i think so fuck those who feel that its pussy cuz some rapper talks about a wife and kids out of the ghetto or how politics are taking over how the rich only get richer and the poor get poorer.

And like prophiit said most new music is sampled from older music that our parents listened to that you 'bump' in your cars but if your parents played it you would change the station. You should 'bump' the old stuff to if you truely appreciate where your genre came from.
