Yes, he is, but he is dead, so he automatically becomes a legend to his proffesion.

anyway about the thread no way! tupac is never overrated, seriously, i understand everybody is on his dick and shit, but the guy isnt famous for nothing, his lyrics are just ill, his voice is dope, his flow is sick, i dont think he is overrated, but everybody does need to hop off his dick.

and he was a little over-rated but he did have ORIGINALITY on his raps, which is something he need today badly.

i think tupac is a bit overrated but he does deserve more recognition than he got when he was alive...he has some good shit in his rymes...i consider him more a philiospher b/c he was always comin up with shit about how stuff should work...isnt that what philoshpers do? lol any ways the only reason he is overrated is b/c of these herbs who were only like fuckin 2 years old when he died think if u like tupac that u are cool......fuck that....tupac was great but he is def overrated in some aspects
