Yes Yes. First off let me say, I live in Canada, I don't get MTV, I get the Canadian version of MTV: Much Music.
But it is considered MTV's "sister" channel, so this is most likely relevant to people in the US as well.

Anyways, to the news

Atmosphere - "Trying To Find A Balance"

Just flipping through the channels and I heard Slug...and I was like, whoa...wait a minute.

And, as the song is, the video is as well: great.

The emotion of the song was there in the video as well.

And well, I think its good. Slug doesn't seem like he'll change his lyrics just because of a little bit of fame, so all this means is we'll be hearing more of him...which I thinks a good thing.

Is it animated, or is it some kid kicking a parking meter?

Nope. I didn't see the whole thing, I saw it in about the middle of the first chorus. For the most part of what I saw its Slug in a parking lot or something and its night. He's wearing a white shirt...lol...ermm a lot of it there's a green/blueish tint to the video (which its suppose to be), it makes it look pretty dope.
So its not animated, I'm not to sure about the parking meter thing, maybe it happened in the beginning?

a while back i was at my friends house and they showed aesop on MTV2

he was in a cornfield dressed like a scarecrow, while a little kid ran away from some guy that was tring to murder him
