that is called custom text, that cannot be changed until you have 500 posts or until an Admin chooses to change it
i.e. Banned

^^Yeah that pretty much explains it.As for changing the colors of your text all you do is go to 'User Control Pannel' then go to options or something and it should be there just scroll down the page.
