I heard some deep words I never thought i'd hear
At least not spoken from a past lovers mouth
Simple they were and held little meaning to others
But to me they were a soft spoken welcome back in

I've read over these words countless times in my head
Poundering whether or not for me they were stated
And along that time of thinking I realize the same as you
That without question I too long to be friends again

Perhaps these quiet words were not sent out for me
But I admit now they've lit a small spark within me
Its shown me my feelings that ive hid from myself
So I guess this is my short reply from me back to you

i liked this piece it strings the reader along perfectly and leads to the climax well, i enjoyed it ma, 1luv.

I think I understood what this ment. And don't worry about it, we are still friends. Of course.

Um... for reals though. This peice I skimmed over it before reading. When I did read it I had to read it slow and methodical. I had to take in every word and let it sink in. Personally, I got the feeling out of this of being lost and confused. I mean, you hear words from someone that they want to be friends again with you, but you're not even sure if those words were ment for you. Correct?

Good piece filed. I can relate to it. Just wantin to talk to that one person again, then when you finally do, its like somethin comes back. Structure was good, and message was clear to me. Overall, I liked it. Keep droppin. Most respect.
