i know this shit is prolly old news by now, but what did everyone think of the new JMT cd "visions of ghandi" i bought it, and the shit sounds almost exactly like canibus "Rip the Jacker". its like Stoupe took all the concepts from bus' album and threw them into JMT's cd. and vinnie paz just doesn't go good by himself, he needs jus allah to even out his style, alone he just sounds like he's rhymin words with no concept, although Kublai Khan was a dope ass track.

yea stoupe produced both CDs, thats why they sound the same.

and dont talk about someone having no concepts, cause all canibus does as brag about him self.

thats what most mc's do, and thats where most creativity takes place. I aint really heard JMT visions of gandhi but im gettin it soon.

but thats ALL HE DOES, its boring to me. its nice the first few times you hear it, but after hearing him say how nice his skills are 40000 diffrent ways gets boring. all battle MC's get boring even vakill and he is one of my favorite, a braging track everonce in a while is cool, but not every song on every CD you release

Well this album is an example of a good emcee replacing content for delivery..

I also think he tried to speak to a wider community, I can only imagine that he got negative feedback when he first dropped "The Psycho Social" LP, so he became another shitty emcee rhyming about faggots and the such.. :rolleyes:

So much more could have come from those Stoupe beats *shrugs*
