~:Little Thingz:~
The little things can cause you pain,
Like a papercut, or hurtful name, One isolated, lonely plane, Caused the proud couple to fall. A haystack hoarding a shining pin, The first race in which you failed to win, Every inferior, minute thing, Can reduce a grown man to tears. The elephant flees from the rodent small, The one time your lover refused to call, Hurtful memorys that pain to now recall, Gives way to agony. The strength behind those sombre eyes, The beginning steps of this worlds demise, Healing scars and gashes, forgotten lies, A tear shed for you. Something precious, something kept, When memories are all thats left, My ring, the result of years of theft, My heart bleeds behind the bars. The importance of the little things, A silver bullet, a wedding ring, The docile dove in the tree that sings, Holds the power to laugh or cry. |
wow beautiful
I was questioning in the beginning where this was really headin to, so your last stanza really made point. Nice piece baby gurl, definitely. Kept my interest till the very end,... it was kinda mysterious to me in the beginnig, you cud say. Keep droppin, luv readin from ya resp |
first lines describe how the glorious twin towers were destroyed by something so insignificant as a small plane. Little things do matter to me, even when i sometimes dont realise...thank you for the feed.

nice piece girl.
it was simple put, but was a piece that made you think, and held a good message. i too didnt really know where you were gonna take this piece so it kept me reading. i like pieces that make you think and wait out the end. to discribe things u used stuff everyone could relate to like a paper cut, which i liked also. i like the way you see things, and put them into words. always bring a good read. ~Tera~ DONT HATE |
This was an ill drop. I liked the rhyme scheme.. the structure. The way you worded it, your emotion and the detail was just beautiful. One of the most well written pieces I've seen in a while. It was great, keep droppin.

your structure and rhyme scheme was magnificant.
however I thought that 'agony' really overdid that line and it didn't fit there. It worked well overall though.. very nice. .peace. |
Awesome poem gurl. I loved it. The structure and rythme scheme were so well thought out and brilliant. I agree with you a 120% because it is the little things that count. Every little thing that is done can be either be used for good or bad. Once again great poem liba dee. Keep dropin. Look forward to reading more from you.

Girl you neva cease to amaze me. Ths was a sweet drop. I don't care for structure but the meaning was felt. It's the little things in life that mean the most. just anything to get someone to smile and be happy. If I could i'd give you a big hug cuz this was something I needed to get me back up. Spect from the heart hun. JT

Great job liba. I loved it and it truely hit me in the heart. The little things are what count. Sometimes it seems as if the little things overpower the big things, and make you make your decisions. I loved the whole thing. Everything on it was great as well. Thanks for the great azz read. Keep it coming. Most respect.

wow thats, didnt really think it would cause such a stir, it was just a quick piece i wrote one night before i went to sleep, thats when i'm full of my inspiration, before i snooze. When my mind is peaceful and i have time to think things over instead of worrying where i have to be and what i'm missing out on.
|
your structure was pritty good and your rhyme scheme was amazing. it really made me think and when it come down to it sometimes the lil things mean the most to you. nice drop
