But yeah, the original it was written has ^ THAT ^ line starting it in the third verse, but later on they re-mastered and re-released It Was Written and nas obviously changed the third verse then, thats all there is to it. You've got one of the original album, and one copy of the re-released album.

it was written is nothing on illmatic, but still a good album. And there is an inbetween. Havent you ever heard of "I am" and "Nastradamus".... both average, over commersialised albums....
