forums turn to shit due to inactivity...if new mods are made chances are they wont know how to run things as needed
vets will leave becuase site is run by newbies, or forums going to shit, or both

just make him an admin, and tell him to keep shit in check

They've Only Posted Three Times In The Mod Lounge.

And all they really said to me so far is that any mod can leave if they want, as they will just replace us with a mod from another site. That they don't scare easily... :rolleyes:

I don't get why they don't understand that myself and our current group of mods are the core of this site.
