Elevator
 

Life is like an elevator
it goes up and down
but like everything there's a catch to it
nobody knows when they get off it.......
and at times I get confused and I don't understand

Why am I dying to live
If I'm living to die

but still I'm fightin' to breath
telling death..pucker up, buttercup and kiss the uppercut...

Life has us going' through this..strife
and pain sometimes cuts like a knife
though I'm awake still can't believe the sh*t I go through
but what hurts..is that there's is some body going through some'in worse

Dear hearts imprisoned
some changing minds like seasons
other turned humble like some minions
and to think everything was coo' just a 3 weeks ago....don't know but the more I pray
the more I feel allright
Pondering if there is any sand in my hourglass

so is it my time to go.....I think as I put a hand over my watch.......attempt to try to hold time....
yes........maybe
but if feels like the elevator is reaching my floor lately........
