secret service NOT investigating eminem

Looks like Eminem may have got away with this one. I found this on SOHH.com

Still under the gun from his racially inflammatory early 90's tape, Eminem has been catching more heat - this time from the United States Secret Service that looked into potentially threatening lyrics against the president in Em's unreleased song, "We As Americans." Now, the Secret Service has decided not to launch a formal investigation into Eminem, though expressing concern on the influence Em's lyrics could have on rap fans.
On the cut, "We As Americans," Slims declares, "f#@$k money. I don't rap for dead presidents/ I'd rather see the president dead." The unreleased song which somehow made its way to the internet was "unfinished" according to an Eminem spokesman and "there was no determination where, when, how or if it was going to be used." Additionally, Em's reps expressed that the song does not in fact mention the current president, George W. Bush specifically.
The Secret Services originally announced they will be probing Em's lyrics to determine whether actions will be taken against Slim and his label, Interscope Records. However, John Gill, a spokesperson for the Secret Service announced yesterday that there will be no formal investigation.
"The Secret Service has no current plans to open an investigation into this matter," Gill said. However, "we are concerned about communications that can be interpreted in a manner perhaps not intended by the artist, and the potential peripheral impact that such lyrics can have on other individuals."
Gill stressed the duty of the Secret Service to protect the president and thereby look into any potentially threats that emerge while respecting constitutional rights of freedom of speech.
"The Secret Service takes every potential threat against the president seriously," Gill said. "We don't have the luxury to do otherwise."

I dont like the song anyway.
