Wow this was nie two good audio head goin at each other...I think both of you were thinking this was going to be pretty close..Well it was...i think Denial has a nice voice same as ferris...Ferris had some tight personals...i didnt really hear much from denial....My vote goes to Ferris for overall production and fflow/disses...

Ferris- PLAY.... I dont like the intro. beat is ok... volume is VERY low... i had to turn my vol up a lot just to hear it good... lyrics are very general.. no real good punches... flow is good... delivery is nice.. a decent track but not a battle track....

Denial- I like this beat... nice flow... delivery is good... emotion is kinda lackin... punches are nice... beat switch... oh shit, i love this fuckin beat. a nice battle track....
