Thanks for the feedback West...I tried to hit your page up and it said 401 error Not Found or somethin...But as far learning how to spit better and flow and all that, try writing a rhyme and spit it to different tempo beats(slow, medium, fast) and see if your words always stay on beat...That's what I do to practice flow and riding a beat...Another thing is you have to know what you want the rap to sound like...Another is to count bars...Lotta people don't do that correctly and that makes your flow go off beat...You just ride the kick and snare or drums or bass...I'm talkin like I'm damn Kool Moe Dee or Special Ed or somebody but that's just what I do...

Okay okay, that No One Comes Close...I know that Joe song man...I used to listen to that song cryin and sh*t but nevermind that...As far as the flow on that song it's not as bad as you think it is...Not bad at all and trust me I heard a lot of cats flow...You just have to show some emotion on a song like this...I have a song on my page called Sounds Like A Love Song...Peep that and listen to my verse(the 2nd) I was off a bit but I softened up for that...You did well on this sticking to the topic and throwing in punchlines(Like Pac said till the end of time)...Hey man, I wanna do this beat over for you would you mind?
