well, you aare going to have to battle here, quo, unless you battle someone who is also elite. thats the rules, both people must be on the elite list. that sucks though. but you might as well battle in here anyhow, not many voters in elite. . otherwise if you wont battle in here you better go battle another elite head. g' luck
