pretty much every keyboard over $100 in value made in the last decade will have midi ports and can be used with a pc via the joystick port.

u can also get 'Controller' keyboards specifically for this purpose. A controller is a keyboard that can't play sound on it own. it has to be connected to a midi soundbank, such as a computers sound card.

newer midi keyboards are USB compatible, so u don't have to worry about having a joystick port.

I would go with the M-Audio Radium 61 USB, I have an M-Aduio Ozon, but wish I had more than 2 octaves. U can also go with something as simple as the Evolution Ekeys. The basic difference between low and high price is the quality of the key weight (like will it feel similar to a real piano or feel toyish) and extra assignable knobs.
