Hip-hop as a artform ain;t dying....

but Hip-hop being all one culture is......

IT's alot o different flavors out there .. gangsta, backpack, battling, street, it a whole lot of division in hip-hop now...

Its not like back in the day where the same person whould like NWA and then Tribe called Quest, Now it's like, "The kind of hip-hop I listen to is good and everything eles is garbage". People take sides instead of understanding everything....THen you have the whole racial devide thing that has come into play with the 'white boy backpack' crowd and how most blacks ain;t feeling that side. So hip-hop as a culture ain;t dying artisticly but is changing with all the policts involved nowadays

Also, The the way the media, and record companies treat this artform thats killing it. Like MTV picks certain types over the rest and brainwashes the public into thinking that it's dope, kinda the same with BET. That channel has no direction and is such a mess right now.... The same with radio, the big record companies have the finacial muscle to dominate the airwaves and have you hearing a song 40 times a day....
