Its easy to bann somebody, it takes 15 seconds. You're not going to force the person you hate to come back as a different alias if their normal one is still available. When I finish merking Ace Of Spades I want you to bann him too. The point of it is to erase their pretty record and reputation and start all over again. It makes the matches somewhat more exciting.
