Complaining without giving any suggestions about how to improve what isn't working right isn't going to help change things. Also blaming the admins and mods for how they run the site isn't going to help. They are there to keep things in check and make it so that as many people as possible have an enjoyable time. It is ultimately the members who are the ones who drive a site.
