Actually after your imaginative sci fi rant, you are wrong. No way in the realm of physics, does or ever will there exist a frequency that could control weather patterns. LMAO at this suggestion. First of all you are placing too much emphasis on the concept of frequency. The HAARP does exist, you got this much right. That does not imply ionospheric research is soley an endevour of the US. It is not, since the 1950 research facities all over the globe have been studing and experimenting with the properties of the Ionosphere. Sice the onset of electromagnetic propagation, the Ionosphere has been a little understood anomoly. To this day we still use it to skip radiowaves off of for around the world broadcasting. We still do not fully understnd how the ionosphere interacts with the man generated waves as opposed to those generated by thye sun. Since the amount of electrical storms in that region of the atmosphere can produce up to 1000amps in a single flicker, this seemingless endless generater of electricity has never been tapped. It makes a great case for study. Also since it is the closets place for us to study the most abundant form of matter known to the universe (plasma), not natural to earth, conditions that support this fourth state of matter (plasma) prove too harsh for humans ot subatain. So it is a treasure chest of opprotunity to get advanced studies and experimentation. Hence the HAARP, we also two other locations dedicated to this vary smae research. One of which is in Puerto Rico. The trasmistions used to excite specific regions of the ionosphere are of the HF type. Translating up tp 10Mhz and below. These are very low cycled transmissions, frequecies in the range are not weapons capable. UHF.HF,VHF are all basuc communications band, they can not no matter how long the duration of the pulse, or duty cycle control weather patterns.... LMFAO again! They never even exceed saftey limits set for RF radiation exposure. I mean these are not even any where near as robust as transmisons eminating from satilite communications. So in summary, no we do not have the capabilty to control weather patterns via known XMTR capabilties. Alter patterns, that's an whole other animal. In the future I do see improved communications systems, and new methods to harness the electromagnetic energy displaced durring ionospheric storms. I see new properties and absolutions introduecd in physics where the fourth state of matter is concerned. Plasma research will ultimalty focus toawrd weapons innovations, but communications is going to benifit in many areas out side of defense. I'm drunk of my ass right now, well not real bad but i'm stoned too, so it feels like i'm even more so. Blah, if anymore light needs to be shed on this subject, once I sober up I'll try to hit this up again, if needed.

*Claps

You broke that down very well, I can't really argue with it because all of that happens to be true.

And as far as you stating that my "Sci Fi Rant" was merely a suggestion, you are wrong. It happens to be a very talked about subject, and has been generating quite a buzz among conspiracy theorist/ionospheric physicists....

You can type your LOLS! and your LMAO! all you want

But That fact remains that Me and you and everyone else in this fucking world doesn't really know whats going on behind the scenes. I didn't post that "Sci Fi rant" for shits and giggles. I think everyone should keep an open mind toward this kind of shit, as its always best to expect the unexpected, regardless of all the facts you mentioned above.

Now if you posted that book to gain popularity or whatever from your peers, well fuck you. But If you ment to be serious then i'll be more then glad to take this debate/discussion further......
