IS THAT ACHILES??<<why the capitals?

i tore ma hamstring wen i was playin for ma city team(soccer) for you americans... still do therapy on it now coz it was that bad
and that was a year and half ago..
if you tore ya achiles tendon then ouch!!!!
takes over 1 yr to recover
and some peeps never do
