Rap isn't a part of Hip-Hop.
Emceeing is.
But rap isn't. Rap just happens to be there.
Listen to that song, and I always mention this, Devil Went Down to Georgia. That's country music, but that old far is rapping. Rapping is just talking fast, that's all it is.
Emceeing is an entertainer, philosopher, or simply the guy running the show.
