umm. no.... only way you could sue is if you prove he discriminated against you because your black. so if he said "your not getting a job you nigger" then you can sue.. but suing for money would be a WASTE of money.. for one he has corporte lower and they will just prolong the case.. Most lawsuits dont get settled for years..... AND you WILL pay more then you gain.. paying a lawer isnt free. and when it comes to corporate shit you pay by the amount of hours he put in. NOT by giving him a piece of the settlement..
