Personally, haven't heard any of Cyph's
stuff that much, but I have heard Sal-V
I think Salv has the delivery, lyrics and
commerciality, whether or not he has
the charisma or voice I'm not sure. Plus,
it seems in rap today to make it, u gotta
have a little gangsta to you. Not sure if
Sal has that.
