Decent? dude u are retarded Rakim is tha shit. And no Dre don't make shit hot he gets other producers to make it hot then he puts his name on it. Notice now he got Hi-Tek put 10 on his beats begin to slow down and people praise him 4 "changing his sound" no Em won't be on it.
