Yeah air travel is a pain these day's. I do travel way too much, so I have learned a few thinks in my travels. In the past the carry on was the way to go. Keep your tiems with you and do not over pack. Now a day's the carry on thing is an issue as well. The best thing you can do is make allowences for clothing a personal items, only bring those things you can't afford to buy once you land or neccisties for your travel. I take only a hand full of items, ship the rest prior to my departure and move freely through airport secuirty. What I don't bring or ship, I make proviesions to buy those items once I reach my destination. I do feel your troubles, but that's what we have to deal with now days. It sucks but if you plan things differently you should have a better expeirence. I'll be flying very soon, so I am in the middle of my planning stage. Good luck in future travels...
