I can see where they are comin from hgh.what Chrit had said makes sense..but..nowadays..whites arent bein turned down for jobs because of minority reasons..it's because blacks are startin to become really educated..lately..more blacks have been going to colloge more than ever..we are starting to become more qualified..so..you cant beat that..
