I used to body build so I know what to eat
Meat.....loads and loads of it
Vegetables......a lot
Hardly any fatty food.......although sometimes you need them
Drink milk and water but also by protein drinks and shit from gyms and things.
Oh and train in the gym really hard....if it hurts then thats a good sign
