This fucken guy, he did not need any reason other than the original cease fire of the gulf war to wage war against Iraq. At any time any of the preseidents since GHB could have went to war with Iraq for viloations of that cease fire. Not allowing our inspectors full access of the sites, is one stipulation that called for all out war to resume. Yet GWB gave saddam planty of time to open up his country did he no.
