protein is key, dont drink alot of water, the less water you drink the more definition you have in your body.
i took creatine, it actually helped a lot for me, i gained a good 10-13 lbs, but it doesnt work for everyone... the only problem with creatine is that you hvae to drink a lot of water, which takes away from muscle definition, so i stopped takin it
