statitury rape is bullshit. if the girl is 15 and she consents to it, wheres the fucking harm? i mean if the guy is only a few years older or the same age. i dont see the problem.
matter of fact, i think this dumb bitch should be thrown in prison for making a fake rape claim, there should be a penalty for that shit because whether a guy is found guilty or not his life could be completely ruined by the acusation.
