What they should do is instead of punishing those who use drugs, reward those who don't. If the testing records are private they could give each kid who never tests positive for drugs throughout highschool like $1000 at graduation. Just don't tell colleges or employers who got the cash and who didn't. This would give an incentive for kids to stay off drugs, while not harming the chances of those who do to turn things around in the future.

Of course, i'm only talkin bout weed. If you can test for heroin n crack then by all means go ahead. Any kid who's trying that shit out needs a wake-up call.


If you are found guilty i believe you should be sent to drug re-hab and not be allowed back unless you pass it. Kicking a student out without question ruins them more then helps. cuz now they have shit else to do but get high. So yeah good point Phate
