More legal trouble for Roc-A-Fella’s Damon Dash as an ex-model claims rape. Former model Kirstie Thompson filed a lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court alleging Damon Dash raped her in January 2002. Thompson alleges the attack happen in Brazil after a New Year’s Eve party where Dash asked her if she would have sex with him. Thompson alleges she said no but during a drug and alcohol induced haze she woke up the next morning and Dash raped her.

Thompson told the New York Post, “For 10 to 15 seconds at 8:30 in the morning, he was on top of me. I screamed out to my best friend, and nothing happened, and I certainly passed out." Although it is unclear why she waited a year to file a lawsuit against him, Dash denies the lawsuit he says is groundless. “These are ludicrous allegations. Damon hasn't been charged with anything”, a spokesperson for Dash said. Thompson is seeking a monetary reward for pain and suffering, mental damage and punitive damage.
