I will just say this. These children definitely need to be tested for the mere fact
That some parents aren’t responsible enough to recognize the symptoms or
Even care. Way to many young people in these schools are smoking entirely
To much weed and doing way to many other drugs. And they wonder why they
Can’t learn or comprehend. And they blame it on the teacher, and make up
Tons of excuses how the professor is this and that. Oh yes and like bounce said

“It's not like he's going to drug test every student in every school. That would be a waste of time and money. eh administration is looking to hold the altheltic departments accountable for pushing performance altering drugs on to thier star altheltes.”
