Please have your friend email me at admin(at)rapbattles.com if he does indeed have copyrights/ownership to the images of Vida Guerra because you obviously do not and your claim will have no merit. If he is serious, he should also fax me a copy of a DMCA to 413.215.1347 which should document exactly which images are on the site are his and we will gladly remove them.
Now my thoughts on this.... You linked to a site on a free webhost with pictures of Vida Guerra saying your friend did that site along with the flash version of Vida's site. Who is your friend? He probably isn't anybody on that site since in the first paragraph, a guy who I assume is the webmaster mentioned emailing Vida. So did your friend take those pictures? Or did a photographer take them for a magazine or another publication? Your story is full of holes... So, in short, see above paragraph.
