Look at the critique. It may seem harsh. But if you take it apart and use it. You could see it as quite constructive.

But you do also get loads of hollow replies which seem harsh and have nothing behind them. Have no foundations. No construction.

So become a duck. Let it roll of your back. Picking out whatever may be useful after that.
