This is how I see it

Flow=Dev, structure made this one for Dev it was a much easier read which made it flow better.

Punches=I'm gona say Dev, his punches just seemed a bit harder to me, but it was somewhat close.

Personals=Dev, they both had a decent amount of personals, it was just the Dev's were a little better again.

Vocab=Dev, he just had a higher level of vocab in his piece.

Over all=Dev, I thought it was close, just seemed like Dev had a little advantage in most of the catagories.
