Flow=Que, His verse just had a better all around flow to it. Mach, you need to work on your flow a bit.

Punches=Que, he actually threw some punches in there, and they were actually good. Mach, you need to focus on working on your punches, it's a big part of battling and you really didn't throw any.

Personals=Que, he put some personals in there, not as many as there could have been, but he put some in there. Mach, you need some work in this area as well, a few good personals go along way.

Vocab=Que, he had some good vocab. Mach, your voacab was basic, good vocab can really improve a verse.

Over all=Que, I like your drop, it had some good punches, personals, and vocab, I couldn't really see any obvious points of improvement so just keep dropping and elevating.
Mach, you need to work on your punches, personals, and vocab, if you get better at all three of these areas you could improve a great deal. Your flow was your best area and flow isn't going to win a battle unless it was a really close battle which this was not.
