BUt yea, im sure he would be rockin one anyway, im sure most people would in his position, think about you, you are not aloud to leave the state (in certain case the city) or the country. If he got a fake passport, he could just post up in another country be able to chill do what ever, and restart his life ALONG with still recording on G unit..
